Using my experience from my corporate marketing career, I work with start-up brands to accelerate their marketing reach, increase brand awareness and sales. I am a specialist in establishing brand vision, mission, voice, customer personas, brand and marketing strategies. I can provide full service marketing needs and continue to learn and keep up to date with latest trends, technology and marketing channels. I currently have several small clients in Boulder, CO, Bay area CA, Seattle, WA and Honolulu, Hawaii.
Digital Marketing: Key word research, SEO, content creation, SEM (Google), and digital advertising.
Social Media: Can establish voice, persona, and content types/schedule optimization per channel. (Meta, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
Web & UX Design: Experience in building websites utilizing HTML, CSS, and WordPress. I can build websites on various platforms and connect other business services through API and plug-ins.
Marketplace: Build and establish Amazon stores, uploading products, optimizing listings, brand registry, advertising, key word research.
Off-line Marketing: Grassroots marketing, create, establish and execute ambassador programs, elite athlete teams (and contracts), event planning and management.

Responsible for creating brand strategies to connect and increase engagement with Amazon 3rd party sellers. Manage a team responsible for increasing engagement and retention of 3rd party sellers. Established brand playbook guidelines and ensure all selling partner touch points align to these guidelines. Managed all global product marketing programs, public relations, digital marketing, social media and dealer promotions for the run business and women’s business across all categories. Managed a team of professionals directly and indirectly across all projects. Worked in partnership with operations, sales and product development teams to optimize the brand marketing initiatives. In a short period of time (1 year) achieved significant increase in apparel, footwear and essentials (accessory) sales through marketing efforts lead and executed by me (13.3% average increase across all categories).

Responsible for all marketing and brand strategies, campaigns and programs contributing to company goals of increasing prescription counts, customer counts, individual store sales, overall store sales comps and maintained vendor partnerships. Managed a team of professionals directly and indirectly across all projects. Created all traditional advertising plans and executed media buys. 2005

Field Marketing Director
Wild Oats Markets
Responsible for creating national marketing initiatives across 75 stores. Created marketing plans to contribute to increasing customer count, basket size and overall sales nationally and for individual stores. Worked with a cross functional team on creating marketing programs around products and sales, grassroots initiatives, and public relations opportunities.
Regional Marketing Director
Responsible for marketing initiatives for 4-state region (Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Kansas) of 175 stores, partnered with corporate marketing to ensure regional plans rolled up to contribute to overall sales and customer count goals. Managed & executed community events & sponsorships, executed national and regional marketing initiatives, Created & executed regional Marketing plans.
Senior Event Marketing Manager
Responsible for managing all aspects of NIKE global corporate marketing initiatives & events. Responsible for budgeting, negotiating contracts, executing marketing campaigns and working with outside vendors and internal NIKE teams to execute quality events & marketing programs.
